Shush Now
March 26- April 12
Shush, Now is an invitation into a clown’s mind: an oddly funny and unsettling place where characters attempt to escape the weight of the world by replacing their heads with new ones. A new head promises escape… or at least something easier to carry.
Clown, mask, and physical comedy collide in two provocative solo works exploring the angst of reality, the lure of distraction, and the comfort of complacency. Not a literal world, but an emotional one — where denial, hope, and reinvention blur.
Here what audiences are saying:
“Fantastic! Funny, charming, and lovable! Heartfelt! Incredible, timely, and hilarious! I needed this! I lost my head!”
“Last night I had the privilege of seeing Shush, Now. It is unlike anything I have ever seen. I pondered the message of this production all night. I marveled at the expertise of physicality…” - Joyce Cole
