This workshop takes the participant through a journey based in modern clown work to hone an electrifying performing presence, rooted deeply in who you are, that the audience can't get enough of. We will learn about your unique connection to the audience, your mission, and your special brand of vulnerable ferocity.
In this workshop, you can expect the following:
The beginning, or the deepening, of a presence that is uniquely yours and unstoppably lovable
Actual tools and material you can take out of this intensive and onto a stage
Personalized feedback (and plenty of it)
Discovery and exploration of your physical/emotional "sweet spots"

Instructor: Deanna Fleysher aka Big D from King of Drag
Deanna Fleysher aka BIG D (any/all) is an internationally-renowned teacher, director and clown king specializing in character, interactivity and sheer audacity. She has toured the world with her solo and duo shows BUTT KAPINSKI and CINEPRIXX, often-soldout workshops in comedy and clown, and has directed/co-created 30+ shows. He was also just a semi-finalist on season 1 of KING OF DRAG, the first drag king reality competition television show, on RevryTV. They have taught clown for 15+ years, and will eat your genius for breakfast.
